All-on-6 is the same fixed-bridge-on-implants approach — with six implants instead of four. The two extra support points spread the chewing forces, reduce the load on each implant and allow a longer bridge towards the molars. It is recommended when there is enough bone, in the upper jaw, and for people who chew hard or grind their teeth.
When we choose six
- Upper jaw — the bone is softer and extra support lowers risk
- Strong chewing, tooth grinding (bruxism) or a bridge opposing strong natural teeth
- A bridge that reaches the first or second molar
- Good bone at the back as well — no reason not to use it

The process
Identical to immediate loading in any protocol: consultation and CT, digital planning, surgical guide, surgery under local anaesthesia with a same-day provisional bridge, 3–6 months of healing, then the permanent bridge. The only difference is the number of implants and the length of the bridge.
Six implants are not always “better”. In a lower jaw with good bone, four are enough, and two extra implants are two extra small surgeries. The decision comes from the CT — and if we suggest six, you will see why on the screen.

Does All-on-6 need more bone?
Yes — enough bone is needed further back as well. The CT scan decides whether that is possible without preparation.
