Dr. Doron Koter is a dentist and graduate of the Hadassah–Hebrew University School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, focused on oral rehabilitation, guided dental implants and immediate loading. He is the medical director of the Revona network: he sets the clinical protocol every clinic works to, plans and follows the complex cases, and sees patients himself at the main clinic in Tel Aviv.
The approach
Oral rehabilitation is first of all listening: what really bothers you, what you want to eat, how you want to look. Then planning — on a 3D scan, on a computer, from the result backwards — and only then execution. Dr. Koter believes that one doctor who performs both the implant surgery and the restoration reaches a more precise result, because the person placing the implant knows exactly which tooth he is going to build on it.
What he focuses on
☀️
Immediate loading
All-on-4, All-on-6 and full-arch rehabilitation — implants and a fixed provisional bridge on the same day.
🧭
Guided implants
Digital planning and a surgical guide for every implant, from a single one to a full jaw.
The network
Revona is a network of five oral-rehabilitation clinics — Ashdod, Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, Kfar Saba and Netanya. The protocol, the equipment, the treatment stages and the check-up schedule are identical at every clinic; the main clinic in Tel Aviv is also the planning centre for complex cases. Appointments are longer than usual, because the explanation is part of the treatment. Consultations are held in English, Hebrew and Russian.
